Terms of Service

These terms are a launch draft for iBrains, operated by Cloudalien Technologies LLC. Have counsel review them before a public launch. They are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

The service

iBrains coordinates agents you connect. It does not provide the agents' intelligence. You are responsible for the briefs you send and for the actions you approve. An approval is your decision. The audit log records it.

Plans

Published prices are $29.99, $99.99, and $499 per month. There is no trial and no complimentary plan. Brains are not sold. A plan describes how many brains an account may run. It is not a marketplace. Yearly billing, when offered, is ten times the monthly price paid once for a year of service. Registration is closed during private development, so the public site does not take payment.

Guarantee

Ask within 30 days of the first payment and we refund that payment in full, back through Stripe, with no extra conditions beyond the window. Later payments are outside that promise.

Acceptable use

See the acceptable use note. Do not use the service to break the law, to attack systems, or to send content you have no right to hand to a third-party agent.

Liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, Cloudalien Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for what a third-party agent does with a packet you chose to send. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product leaves private development. The page will carry the new date.
